We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the CNA Skill Buddy bundle. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. To request a refund, contact us at it@vidatrainingcenter.com or call 786-316-7106 with your order email or receipt, and we will process it. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank.

Access after a refund

When a refund is issued, access to the paid content ends. Free student access provided by Vida Training Center has no cash value and is not refundable.
